FIXO officially launched with a clear mission: to provide fast, reliable, and affordable appliance repair for both residential and commercial clients. We started as one van and one technician, taking on every call personally and building trust through honest workmanship.
As word of mouth spread across the GTA, we grew into a small crew of certified technicians. Every new team member trained alongside our founder before working solo, so the standard our first customers received stayed exactly the same as our volume grew.

From this one base we cover the GTA and nearby Ontario communities, with online booking, upfront pricing, and fully stocked vans so most repairs are finished on the first visit.
Our next step is a second service branch, opened only when we can staff it with technicians trained to the standard our customers already expect. Growth follows quality here, never the other way around.
